The Martin Walter PUSH-PULL™ Transducer
The Modern Way to Use Ultrasonic Energy for Precision Cleaning
Spec Sheet PDF

Once again, Crest offers you the most advanced and most effective equipment available.

Encapsulated transducers mounted on each end of titanium bars. Why are they called "Push-Pull" transducers?

Benefits include:

• All-titanium construction

• 3 times the life of traditional transducers

• Near-perfect transmission of sound

• Ideal retrofit for large tanks

• Easy installation (see below)

• Use with a wide range of cleaning media.

Applications include:
Aerospace, automotive, and most other applications involving the use of ultrasonics for cleaning.

Titanium construction permits the use of a wide range of cleaning media, including:
CFC solvents, hydrocarbons, aqueous alkaline solutions, aqueous neutral solutions, aqueous acid solutions (phosphoric, tartaric, and citric acids only)

Easy installation into existing tanks:

NOTE: The transducers are connected to the generator via a flexible stainless steel tube. They may also be connected directly through the side of the tank by way of a a threaded socket and seal.

About the Generator:
Due to the multiplicity of possible applications for Martin Walter push-pull™ transducers, it proved necessary to develop a special generator that could provide constant maximum nominal output in varying tank conditions. The result is an ultrasonic system that provides absolute process reliability and superior cleaning results.

Crest owns the patent on the Push-Pull Transducers through its German based Martin Walter Subsidiary.
