Crest's Closed Loop Water Systems are rinse water recycling systems that are designed to be used in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaning systems. Water is recirculated from the ultrasonic cleaning system to the CLWS assembly where organic and inorganic impurities are removed via carbon beds and ion exchange resin. The purified or "polished" water is then available for rinse tank replenishment and sprays.

The systems are offered as stand-alone units and are provided ready for interconnection to ultrasonic cleaning systems, spray systems and overflow rinse systems. They are also offered as an add-on option with our popular Optimum Console™ and Optimum Console Junior™ multi-station ultrasonic cleaning systems.
